Thank You!
Dear Witches,
As this newsletter arrives in your inboxes, we are just eight (8) days away from our exciting big event! I don’t know about you, but I can hardly contain my excitement!
A tremendous amount of effort goes into organizing this event, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my 2024 Witch Fest Ambassadors and Co-Organizers. Their enthusiasm for this occasion matches my own, and they have generously dedicated months and countless hours of their time. Cheyenne, Shantya, Kate, Cathy, Tia, Nichole, and Angelica, thank you deeply for your hard work, commitment, brilliant ideas, and vision for this cherished magickal gathering.
I also want to acknowledge David, Mellissa, Justus, Allen, Katy, Kellie, and all the family members, friends, and volunteers who have stepped in, rolled up their sleeves, and contributed in every way possible to make this event extraordinary.
A special thanks goes to my husband and son, who endure the chaos in our home for three (ha! more like six) month each year. They navigate the invasion of Witch Fest decor and the towering stacks of storage tubs that block every path, along with the constant lifting and moving of heavy things. I love you both, appreciate you, and am immensely grateful for your patience and support.
I would never miss the chance to express my heartfelt gratitude to our event sponsors: Sage & Crow, The Glazed Ghost, Cute Yet Psycho Novelties, Cathy Canty, Luna Lush Alchemy, Messages by Angelica, Renewal by Andersen, and Shalon Jones. Additionally, I extend my thanks to everyone who contributed to our raffles and swag bags this year! Your support has truly helped create a unique and magickal experience for all!
I am so thankful for our Witch's Ball VIP table hosts this year! Not only do VIP tables contribute to the event's success, but they also provide us, as organizers, with thrilling new challenges and opportunities to unleash our creativity and enhance your experience, making it truly memorable. Thank you!
Lastly, I want to thank everyone who has supported this event through their financial contributions, word-of-mouth promotion, advocacy, or engagement on social media. To our Vendors, Presenters, Witch’s Ball ticketholders, VIP guests, workshop participants, community allies, and Witch Fest Facebook group members, I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful community here in the Magic Valley. Your support is invaluable, and without it, this event would not be possible.
What more can I say, beloveds? Witch Fest is upon us!!!
With love,
~Solaris Moon

The Witch’s Ball is more than just a gathering of friends for music, fun, food and dancing. It's also a time to pay tribute to our Ancestors and Beloved Dead. Every year, we set up a community altar where you are encouraged to bring candles, photos, offerings, and other mementos to honor and remember your Loved Ones and those who have departed.
What to Expect:
Upon arrival, guests are invited to place their items on the community altar and organize them as they please.
At the conclusion of the event, guests can take their belongings with them.
Any leftover items, such as perishable food or offerings, will be reverently and ritually disposed of by the Witch Fest Witches.
Photos and keepsakes left behind will be posted in the Witch Fest Facebook group for you to reclaim. Pickup options are available in Twin Falls, or you can opt to have your items shipped at your expense.

Sharing a journey with community
Since 2012, except for two years during the pandemic, I have hosted an annual event near Samhain-time. The event has taken place in various locations over the years, including the Eighth Street Center for Peace, the Senior Center, the Red Lion Hotel, the Comfort Inn in Jerome, Best Western, the Hilton Garden Inn, my downtown shop, and even my home.
Throughout the years, this event has grown and adapted to the community's needs, always centered around kindred Spirits. Friends and family gather to celebrate, dance, drink, laugh, and cry together. We share personal stories, support each other, dance, sing, perform rituals, and cherish this sacred time with one another.
I am deeply grateful and honored to be a part of this event with all of you.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. You are an essential part of this community, and I hope this event serves as a reminder that you are never alone. We stand together, arms open, ready to embrace each other when we meet again.

2024 Witch’s Ball Theme
Celestial Magick

In the ethereal tapestry of the 2024 Witch’s Ball unfolds the theme of Celestial Magick, a harmonious convergence of cosmic wonders for a joyous gathering.
Celestial Magick weaves its enchantment through the Witch's Ball, merging the cosmic dance with the spiritual essence of the fête.
This mystical event illuminates the celestial ties that bind, bridging the energies of zodiac signs, astrology, celestial bodies, and constellations with the earthly realm.
Within the veil of October, Witches explore the energies of transition, guiding spirits from beyond to commune with the living, fostering connections with Ancestors and Spirits.
Through sacred rites, educational sessions, and soul-nurturing practices, participants pay homage to their forebears, seek guidance and wisdom through divination, and unravel the mysteries of the astral plane.
Under the shimmering canopy of stars and the radiant moon, the Celestial Magick theme promises an immersive and transformative experience at the enchanting celebration of the Witches' Ball.
At the grand gathering of the Witch's Ball, attendees will adorn themselves in the most mystical garb befitting a Witch's soirée. Deliberate upon your attire, for a grand prize of $500 awaits the most bewitching ensemble!
Cast your gaze upon the Universe - the moons, the elements, the Sun, the stars, the celestial ballet of planets and galaxies, drawing inspiration where you will. Those who weave their attire in harmony with these cosmic threads will find favor in the eyes of fate, enhancing their odds of claiming the coveted reward!
