What to Bring

This is a meditative experience where you will relax and listen to healing sounds. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or chair….whatever you need to relax and feel comfortable. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace life with a newfound sense of calm and clarity.

Wendy Winter Woods, MA, is the founder of Sound Synergy, a platform dedicated to fostering community, joy, healing, and transformation through music. With a diverse background spanning healthcare, education, and corporate environments, Wendy brings a unique blend of expertise in therapeutic sound practices. As a certified advanced-level sound healing practitioner and Remo HealthRHYTHMS® drum circle facilitator, she practices at the intersection of science and sound to bring healing in an inclusive and safe space.

At Sound Synergy, Wendy integrates her scientific knowledge with intuitive healing practices, creating tailored experiences that cater to the holistic needs of participants. Through workshops, retreats, and community events, she facilitates opportunities for individuals to unwind, express themselves, and embark on journeys of self-discovery.
